Dinner was often poached swordfish with chillis, tomatoes and onion, served with rice, beans, tortillas (home-made) and salsa. Sometimes we had prawns, ceviche, guacamole, red snapper, chicken quesidillas, fish tacos or chilli rellanos...mmmmm. Best Mexican food ever!
